FOR DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS
Release and Claim Procedures of Identification Cards
1. Please submit immediately the name and contact information of your designated Country Liaison Officer (CLO) to the Registration Committee at 14th Flr., Summit Lounge, DFA Bldg, Roxas Blvd. Pasay City.
2. Said IDs shall be RELEASED to duly designated CLOs only of diplomatic missions upon presentation of their valid diplomatic identification cards.
3. In case of extreme emergency, CLOs may designate a representative to claim their delegation’s IDs upon submission of an authorization letter. Country delegations without resident embassies/missions in the Philippines, IDs would be issued to their designated Philippine Liaison Officer (PLOs)

a) Delegates, Technical and Administrative Services: 17 July 2007
b) Media Personnel : 25 July 2007

FOR PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES/ PRIVATE COMPANIES
Release and Claim Procedures of Identification Cards
1. Please submit immediately the name and contact information of your designated Company Coordinator (ComCoord) to the Registration Committee at 14th Flr., Summit Lounge, DFA Bldg, Roxas Blvd. Pasay City.
2. Said IDs shall be RELEASED to duly designated ComCoord only of company coordinators upon presenting of their valid employment identification cards.
3. In case of extreme emergency, CLOs may designate as representative to claim their delegation’s IDs upon submission of an authorization letter.
